In January 1963, a group of 15 reported for duty at Star
Town. From that large group of experienced and graduated men, only a few didn't
actually made a spaceflight: Buinovski, Gulyayev, Kolodin, Kugno (all military engineers)
and Kuklin, Matinchenko, Vorobyo, Voronov (pilots).

Graduated from Military Academy of Engineering and
Radioengineering, 1959; Officer of missile troups; was selected on 08.01.1965
(TsPK-2); OKP (cosmonaut basic training): 1/63 - 21.01.1966; he was assigned for
five different missions (e.g. Soyuz 11) but was always grounded; later he worked
as flight controller; presently retired.
